Set on nearly ½ acre of private property, with empty lots on both sides, this peaceful canal-front retreat is entirely yours to enjoy — including a 25-foot boat dock for easy access to the island’s legendary fishing grounds.

Spend your afternoons fishing from the dock while watching manatees and dolphins glide through the canal, then fire up the grill with your fresh catch — or bring home local seafood from nearby fresh fish markets. This is Pine Island living at its best: relaxed, authentic, and connected to the water.

Inside, you’ll find a freshly renovated cottage with clean contemporary styling, thoughtful design, and everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Oh my what a beautiful place in a great location yet still peaceful and quiet. This place was everything we wanted plus more. Great access right on a canal and a beautiful neighborhood work plenty of privacy. We would love to come back in the future! Plenty of room and space for living. Thank you for the use of your special cottage!
