Why they chose this property
Druid Hills is historical and as such the home of Emory Hospital/University, CDC and Driving Miss Daisy. It is also conveniently located to Downtown Decatur with its trendy restaurants and bars, while only 3 miles from Midtown/4 miles Downtown Atlanta. You get the best of both worlds with the ambiance of tree-lined streets in Druid Hills, yet so close to many attractions, such as parks and museums.
