This level also features the queen bedroom, a hall bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities, laundry room, garage to store equipment (too small to park a car), and the extra family room with pool table, large couch sitting area with a TV, and a loft area for additional sleeping space.

Upstairs: This floor features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower, and a loft area to help spread out group/family.

In the summer, the rental home is within walking distance of the conveniences in Carnelian Bay including a CB's Bistro, Watermans Landing, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant.

*For larger groups including family reunions and weddings, this vacation rental home is next door to the Welch vacation home and a few doors down from the Weil Luxury Rental Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer).
