With 2 cozy bedrooms and a separate charming loft with two twin beds, this home comfortably accommodates parties of 6. Fabulous location, blocks to the lake, adjacent to Ward Creek Park and a short walk to the public beach at Hurricane Bay, Sunnyside Restaurant and West Shore Café.

The space
Two story wall of windows overlooks the spacious front deck and floods the home with natural sunlight. Open concept great room features living room, dining room, and kitchen with peninsula seating for 4.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances (electric range, dishwasher & refrigerator), automatic Chemex, French press, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender stocked and stocked with dishes, pots/pans, spices, foil, plastic wrap, Dutch over, Tupperware & more.

Full Size washer & dryer in home, Nest thermostats, high speed WIFI, two HD TV's with Hulu & Netflix access.

Back yard with a private deck, outdoor dining and new BBQ grill overlooks greenbelt and a seasonal creek. A rare blend of old-world charm & modern luxury.

Guests will have access to the entire interior of home and exterior of the property.
