Casa maravilhosa e lugar perfeito. Essas férias proporcionaram para mim e minha família dias inesquecíveis de descanso. A casa é impecável na organização e cuidados, além de linda. As praias são maravilhosas.

Esperávamos mais!
O proprietário foi muito simpático e nos orientou sobre o comércio e atrações locais.
A área externa do imóvel é muito agradável e com boa manutenção. Porém, internamente o imóvel deixa a desejar tanto na conservação como na estrutura, principalmente dos dormitórios. A suíte não possui janela e ainda apresenta ventilação mecânica deficiente. Os demais dormitórios são extremamente pequenos para a quantidade de camas instaladas. Nos banheiros observamos torneiras e vasos sanitários soltos, que são coisas que poderiam facilmente ser resolvidas com boa manutenção. Na cozinha está localizado a churrasqueira porém o ventilador de teto não estava funcionando o que tornou o ambiente extremamente quente tirando o prazer de fazer churrasco e preparar alimentos.
Em nossa opinião há a necessidade de uma boa manutenção e rever a acomodação para 15 pessoas.
Pelo valor pago, esperávamos mais!

Olá sra. Consuelo, ficamos muito triste em ter causado esses problemas a senhora e sua família.
Como havia dito o sr. Odair tem a responsabilidade de fazer a manutenção interna e externa da propriedade, como disse bastava chama-lo para que o mesmo efetuasse os reparos.
Quanto a suite o ventilador é de primeira qualidade porem como qualquer equipamento elétrico tem vida útil e o que aconteceu é que a peça de nome Capacitor deveria ser trocada e com a saída da sua família a próxima que entrou assim que ligaram perceberam o problema acionaram o sr. Odair e na mesma hora fez o reparo.
A janela é para dentro da casa mesmo , ou seja, do quarto para a sala devido a termos uma excelente área de churrasco e com a janela naquele espaço o conforto é melhor.
Alugo a casa a 8 anos e nunca tivemos reclamações desse porte e o valor pago é jus a propriedade e local que é esplendido.
Temos feito reparos e reformas constantemente inclusive a frente da casa ja fora totalmente alterada, por que, alugo e gosto que as pessoas tenham uma excelente estadia.
Peço desculpas mais uma vez e estou a sua inteira disposição para qualquer outro esclarecimento.
E mais uma vez digo que fico muito triste com o ocorrido e o dinheiro não vem em primeiro lugar, gostamos que as pessoas se sintam bem acomodadas em nossa residencia.
