Welcome to the ranch! 11 acres at the doorstep of the Texas Wine Trail. This peaceful 3 bed/2.5 bath ranch house includes three king beds and a detached bunkhouse with bunks for six (does not include a bathroom). Attached barn with 70”tv, air hockey table, ping pong table, and more! Less than 10 minutes to Johnson City. Nearby attractions include Fredericksburg, Perdenales Falls State Park, LBJ Ranch, The Exotic Resort Zoo, wineries, breweries, and, distilleries! Follow us @blackbirdranch_jc
