If you are looking for the perfect home for your beach vacation Family Ties might be just what you are looking for. Perfectly situated on a quiet cul de sac scenic beachfront community of Morgantown, this one story, updated cottage, is just a few steps away from one of two community pools as well as the beach access boardwalk. Head one direction for a day at the beach and then the other for time at the pool without the crowd, traffic or parking issues.

Grab and icy cold drink or a cup of coffee and enjoy relaxing on the deck while you listen to the surf or stargaze in the evening. Or spend time relaxing in the shade on one of the bench swings under the house. Morgantown offers a quiet neighborhood where families can enjoy being outside delighting in all that nature has to offer.

This home is full of comfy touches to make you feel right at home! With plenty of seating in the living area, family and friends are sure to enjoy game night or maybe a family movie. At mealtime, there's seating at both the dining table and the kitchen counter. The full kitchen is ready to go with all you'll need to prepare simple meals.

Family Ties will consider dogs up to a 40-pound weight maximum.

Family vacation

Most vacation homes have board games and tvs in the bedrooms but this does not. They only provide one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 5 night stay of 9 people. Other than those things, we liked the house and walking distance to the beach each day was a bonus!

The Family Ties home was perfect for us, spacious rooms, close to the pool and close to the beach access. I'm old fashioned and love talking to a human being when booking a vacation--the 2 ladies that take care of booking answer the phone promptly and are tremendous help. The lady that is property manager was super easy to reach, lives in Morgantown and was johnny-on-the-spot when we needed tv help. You can't get better service than with Coastal View. Comfortable Beach House & Great Customer Service!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a long weekend at Family Ties with two other families and has a great time! The house was the perfect size for each parent grouping to have a bedroom and then the four kids to share a bedroom. Between the kitchen table and the breakfast bar, we all had a place to sit for dinner, and the living room was large and cozy and accommodated Olympics viewing and board game playing quite well. The property was a quick and easy walk from the beach access; we walked back and forth each day. On the second night, the AC in the unit failed, but Dee Dee the Property Manager, had a tech out their to fix it ASAP. She even had the tech come back when after he left initially the house still wasn't cooling properly yet. As hot as it was outside, it actually never got uncomfortable in the house, and after the second visit, the AC started working again, so it caused a very minimal impact that was quickly resolved thanks to Dee Dee's responsiveness. Dee Dee came to our rescue once again, when after we'd returned to TN, it was discovered that one among us had left his favorite mug at the house. Dee Dee found the mug for us (between reservations so as not to disturb the current renters) and sent it our way for a happy reunion! We would definitely consider this property again should our three families return together to Ft. Morgan!
