"Mai Tai" is a 4 bedroom beach house duplex in the Dunes Subdivision of Fort Morgan, with the West side available for rent. This vacation home is beachside with gorgeous gulf views, and access to the white sand is only a short walk away! On the main level, you will find the kitchen with ample dining seating, a cozy living room, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. The second floor consists of 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 fulls and 3 twin beds. Finally, the third-level loft provides a fourth bedroom with a queen bed. These 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 13 people!

Guests will surely enjoy the gorgeous beach views from the ample seating on the expansive back porches. Watch the sunset from the comfort of "Mai Tai" or venture to the nearby beach access (crossing no major roads) to walk on the white sand and dip your toes in the gulf water. The gorgeous coast is perfect for sun tanning, swimming in the waves, or just hanging out! Fort Morgan beaches are known and loved to be uncrowded and unspoiled. For a change of scenery, take a short walk to the large community pool, where everyone can enjoy a swim. For a fun and/or relaxation-filled Gulf Coast vacation, Mai Tai offers it all!

Excellent Location

If you are looking for a quieter beach area but still within distance to some great restaurant's this is your place. This area has the beautiful white sandy beaches. We loved that we could rent a tent for the day so we can stay at the beach all day. The house is so close to the beach that it was easy to go back and forth.

Nice stay. Convenient to the beach, pool, and Fort Morgan pier. Nice ocean view from each balcony. Enjoyed watching the clouds and storms roll in. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and also nice to gather for playing board games. Enjoyed having an area to keep beach equipment.

We recently stayed at this condo in Fort Morgan and while the location and beach access were great, the unit itself unfortunately did not match the expectations set by the listing.The biggest issue was cleanliness and overall condition. Several areas appeared poorly maintained when we arrived. There were visible stains and marks on walls and furniture, worn carpet on the stairs, and noticeable dirt and scuffing around the front door and entry area. Some windows appeared to be temporarily repaired with tape, and there were holes or damage around the door hardware that gave the impression the unit had not been properly maintained.Another surprise was that the condo was extremely minimally stocked. Guests were expected to provide nearly everything themselves, including basic supplies like toilet paper and other essentials. While we understand vacation rentals sometimes require bringing certain items, this level of minimal provisioning was not clearly communicated ahead of time.The view and proximity to the beach were definitely the highlight of the stay, and Fort Morgan itself is beautiful. However, the condition and cleanliness of the condo made it feel very different from what the listing suggested.I would recommend future guests clarify what supplies are included and ask for updated photos of the unit before booking so expectations match the reality of the property.

We had a nice stay at the property. It is exactly one block from the beach access. This place is deceptively huge. We were only 4, but this place could comfortable sleep 3xs that. It was clean and has all that you would expect in a beach house.

Quiet community, convenient to the beach.

Location is great, short walk to the beach, short drive to the fort. Great outdoor space, roomy parking. Livingroom is big, kitchen and dining are are a great size. The washer and dryer are small. Lots of sleepy space, the bedrooms are all big. Plenty of closet and storage space. I would stay there again.

Great place for a retreat!

We took a group of about 10 young adults from our church for a retreat. This place was perfect for our group. We had an awesome time and loved the house and the location. It is a ways out from the noise and large crowds. We loved the use of the pool and hot tub too.
