Located in West Ketchum, this updated 2-bedroom/2-bath upper-level condominium offers 1,000 square feet of living space and sleeps up to four guests. Vaulted ceilings, skylights in the loft bedroom, a wood-burning fireplace, and a breakfast bar are just a few of the special features of this condominium. The modern decor includes a 32-inch flat-screen TV and wireless internet access, bamboo hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There are partial mountain views to the south, and it has great natural light. This unit does not have A/C and does not have a landline phone.

The loft is the master bedroom and has a bath with a shower, his/her sinks, and a walk-in closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have medium-firm beds that can be set up as either two twin beds or a king upon request. There is a second full-size bath on the main living level. A common area hot tub is available for your enjoyment.

Complex Features: Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance of the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the bike path. The complex provides a community hot tub and coin-operated laundry, plus free outdoor parking. The area also offers a free shuttle that picks up just across the street, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Please Note: The homeowner only allows stays of 10 days or less. No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. Ketchum Lodging Right Near the Mountain

Overall the condo was better than expected. The check in process was cumbersome and we had to check in late because the unit wasn’t clean yet. I received texts daily about potentialExtra charges — I thought this was annoying and harassing. The condo itself is in a great location and was nicer than I expected. One of the better units in this complex. If I owned the place I would change my property management process.

Great Spring Skiing

Property is located about 1/4 mile from the lift/gondola and within about 10 minutes walk from downtown bars and dining (no need for cabs or driving). Property is great for 3 or 4 adults...1 dedicated parking spot...washer/dryer in unit. Unit wasn't super-fancy but it was clean and well appointed. Would recommend and would stay there again. A good value. Staff was responsive and we had no problems.

Great Location for skiing River Run base

As close as you can stay to River Run base for skiing. A quick two minute drive to the drop-off. It would be a long walk in ski boots carrying skis-- not recommended. The unit comfortably sleeps four people. (There is a pull-out sofa and six people would be awfully "cozy.") A five minute drive into central Ketchum for restaurants and shops. A great choice for a ski trip within easy distance of the Sun Valley resort's activities.

The property was clean, well located and as-described. One minor thing we realized (the hard way) was that the stove fan is not a vent, it just recirculates the air. So any smoke from sauteeing etc is going to trigger the fire alarm. Not a complaint just something to be aware of.

Convenient To Downtown and recreation

A bit dated, but very ok place to stay, especially for location. Complaints about carpeting being unsightly dirty. Also, the washing machine does not work properly and destroyed some delicate clothing. The dishwasher did not clean well.

Decent place, could be amazing with some improvements

We enjoyed our stay at Crestview 25, but were disappointed in a few things. Pretty much all of the furniture is very uncomfortable. The kitchen chairs were awful, the couch was lumpy and not supportive, and the beds are twin beds pushed together into one king size bed which was noisy and weird. The kitchen had a lot of pots, pans and utensils for cooking. However the knives were dull as dirt. The coffee cup selection felt like something from a kids tea party set. And the coffee maker somehow gets grinds in the coffee every time. The TV is small with terrible sound. Overall it just felt like very minimal effort was given to making it a comfortable spot. For the price, I expected nicer stuff. The check in process was pretty annoying since we took a shuttle from the airport. We were required to stop at the office to check in which is not within walking distance of the unit if you have ski gear and suitcases with you. Of course our unit wasn't ready when we arrived so we couldn't have the shuttle wait as they suggested when I called. So we ended up just sitting in the office for an hour until the unit was ready, when fortunately our shuttle driver was still in town and was able to drive us. There are virtually no taxi's in town so not being able to check in to the unit directly was a pain. If you have a car, it would be no big deal however. On the positive side, everything was clean and functioning. The location is about as good as it gets for access to the ski resort and downtown. The front desk staff were helpful and responsive (they had someone bring more shampoo and fire starter right away). If you don't mind paying premium prices for a mediocre pad with a good location, then it's not a bad spot. But it wouldn't be my first (or even 3rd) choice next time.

It is hard when you take and shuttle and the condo is not ready when you arrive, plus we have very few units that have keyless entry and for a guest to go directly to the condo when they arrive and then if it's not ready that posses a problem. That is why we have everyone check in at the office for this reason.

Low Quality Unit- would not stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: See that tiny white square on the wall in the cover pic for this unit? - the 8x10 thing near the glass table? yeah- that's one of four heaters that are supposed to heat the ENTIRE unit. And that one is broken. And there isn't even one in the upstairs bedroom. I was told by mgt that Im supposed to use the wood stove for heat. I'm a city girl on vacation- don't count on my fire building skills to keep my family warm. They provided seemingly fire-proof wood, and no starters or lighter- can't really pack those in my luggage. Seriously could not keep a fire going the whole time. The stove is tiny and the logs were HUGE, btw-- maybe leave an ax next time? Can't pack that in my luggage either. There were also no hangers, no extra blankets (for such a cold unit) and no linens for the pullout (despite my request). Their repairman couldn't fix the heater, or the dishwasher that was also broken. Planning to ski? There's no place for gear- no shelves or benches by the door or anywhere convenient. I've never stayed at a ski condo that wasn't designed for skiiers. No place for clothes storage either. Did they know people were coming? And they might bring CLOTHES!? Terribly equipped. It's furnished with metal and glass furniture- did I mention how cold this place is? It was the most uncomfortable rental I've ever stayed in. Description didn't mention that upstairs bedroom is a loft that opens to below, so beware. Luckily it was too cold to hang out in the unit, so we didn't have to be on the uncomfortable furniture for long. Rental agency tried to accommodate our needs, but admitted they knew the dishwasher was broken before we got there and didn't tell us until check in. They gave us some noisy space heaters and extra blankets for our stay. Overall terrible unit-- not a place I would want to vacation.

President's Day Weekend at the Crestview

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the Crestview Condo 25 is a nice, convenient place. But there were a couple issues that prevented it from being completely satisfactory. First, the smell. We were told at check-in that they had been using an ozonator and that the place was being aired out. Once in the unit, there was a slight rotten/sewer smell that worsened over time. Each time we came back to the unit, we had to open a window. Second, the king beds are just two twins pushed together. The beds in the main bedroom were slightly different heights and there was no seam connector that is typically used when combining twins into a king. Moreover, the headboards were not connected to the frame, so they knocked against the wall each time we moved. Finally, the last night we were there we had to call 911 due to a domestic dispute next door. Probably a one-off incident, but it was scary for my kids to hear screaming, yelling and loud thuds. If the smell and beds had not been an issue and our neighbors had been better behaved, I would give this unit 5 stars.

Just What We Were Looking For

Just as advertised, and in walking distance to everything in town. Very helpful management who proactively reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable, and it made for a very nice week in Idaho. We would stay there again.
