Living spaces

Cathedral ceilings give the main living areas an open, airy feel that sets the tone the moment you walk in. A dedicated television room downstairs gives the group a spot to wind down in the evenings, while the upper deck is set up perfectly for grilling out and taking in the natural surroundings. Outdoor furniture and a patio round out the al fresco options alongside the pool.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and a den. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed with its own en-suite bath and double vanity. A second bedroom holds a full bed with access to a shared hall bath, and a third bedroom has two twin beds, also sharing the hall bath. Downstairs, the first-level bedroom contains two twin bunk beds (four beds total) with a full hall bath, and the den adds a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for full meal prep — refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table and bar seat eight, keeping the whole group together at mealtimes. A BBQ grill with utensils is available for cookouts on the deck.

 

Bathrooms & laundry

Three full baths serve the home, including the private en-suite off the primary bedroom. Bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products are provided. Washer and dryer are in-unit, along with towels, bed linens, and essentials.

 

Connectivity & comfort

The home has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a dedicated workspace. Smart lock self check-in makes arrival easy. Safety features include smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. A children's playroom - an indoor space with toys, books, and games - adds an extra convenience for families traveling with kids.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
