Extremely Disappointing

The property had dead bugs all over the back deck and ants on the kitchen counter. The house is in a remote area with a dirt road leading up to the house and needs updating. We booked the property for one week and left after less than one day. When I contacted the owner, they defaulted to a property manager without owning any of the issues or considering any compensation refund for what was a very poor and disappointing experience.
