Pool hours are 9AM to 1AM. The consumption of alcoholic beverages in pool area is prohibited. Beach gate is open 7AM to 7PM.
Provide full name of each guest 5 DAYS BEFORE check-in to receive the access code. Only registered guests allowed. No visitors.
Please leave trash in tied bags in the green containers in the parking area. Hanging of clothes, towels on the balcony is prohibited, fine $100.00.

Fully Stocked, Modern Apartment – A Great Stay!

This rental was awesome, and the host was even better! The communication was amazing. The apartment looked just like the listing. The resort was great, and the area gives you the true Puerto Rican barrio feeling outside of the resort, while still being in a very safe and secure gated community. The location is within driving distance of everything! The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked with all the utensils you could need. They provided child and kid floaties in the closet, along with extra water toys. I was obsessed with the beautiful white tile throughout the house.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The property was spotlessly clean, pretty and very comfortable. We were a group of 5 and we felt like we had a lot of room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and the check in and out were easy. It was a little bit disappointing though that the patio area seemed out of commission. The Aquatika property is really fun. There are multiple pools, hot tubs, mini golf, basketball, beach access and more. The apartment was well stocked with balls, mini golf equiptment and rackets, and even a pump for the balls. This was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it. Thanks!
