We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. There devices under each sink and behind each toilet that are in place at the newer properties to protect against water damage and immediately detect moisture. There are instructions provided on how to disarm and operate the system in the event that there is a detection. This will silence the alarm and enable water within the condo within moments. We've never had an error with the equipment before, but we'll be sure to check it out. For our future bookers, if you've experience any issues with our safety mechanisms - just call us. We're here to help!
