This three-level townhouse features 3 bedrooms plus a den, 4.5 bathrooms, amazing mountain views and a hot tub.

There is a king bed in the master on the third floor, which has a full bathroom with garden tub and shower as well as a huge walk-in closet. There is also a twin day bed for a little one, an office area, and a private balcony. Also on the third floor is another bedroom with a queen bed with a full bathroom.

The middle floor has a large kitchen, dining area, half bath, and ample living room along with a bedroom with 2 double beds and a full bath. This condo has a large open floor plan that makes it great for entertaining. The kitchen has everything you could need to whip up a memorable meal. The dining room table seats 8 + and there are 4 bar stools as well. Come relax on the comfortable overstuffed furniture and take in the AMAZING view, or perhaps sit on the private balcony and celebrate another wonderful day of adventures

The entry level features a TV room with large, comfy couch and also has a full bathroom. This is a great place for the entire family to gather after a long day of activities

There is a large community hot tub and a private grill, as well as a 2 car heated garage with room for one more car in the driveway for a total of 3.

Treasury Point is set-up for families, so leave your bulky kid items at home. We have a pack n play, booster seat, some toys for toddlers and a collapsible play pen

Enjoy the free summer outdoor concert series in the base area. It is a short walk for kids of all ages to the base in the summer for the excellent biking, hiking, zip-lining, disc-golf, putt putt golf and panning for gemstones
