Cynthia’s place was perfect for our stay in Nashville. Very cute place with every amenity we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. Perfect location. It is 19 blocks from Broadway. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it and far enough to forget about it when it’s time to relax. Very close to many amenities. Very clean cottage and a friendly host. We consider this our Nashville home.

This was a great stay. Was very clean, quiet, private, great communication with owner, close to everything but also far enough away to relax. On site parking, comfy bed, all atound a great place to stay. Would definitely book again.

Great little cottage. Beautifully decorated. Perfect for a quick get away for two. We were in town for a show at the Ryman. It was very easy to uber to and from the Ryman. Hope to stay here again.

Very cute and cozy cottage within a great location. Quiet, away from the business of the city but still close to everything. I loved staying here and will stay again if given the opportunity. Host communication was quick and easy. There is 1 parking place, so keep that in mind. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. Cannot say enough about this place!

Great place to stay!

This little apartment was a great place to stay during our vacation to Nashville. This neighborhood is close to everything and feels so safe. It’s a great place to go for a walk or a run. We will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

I'm definitely not a fan of the pressure to leave a five star review but in this case it was no pressure at all. The cottage is perfectly clean and a perfect location. great neighborhood walkable to a great Park close enough to downtown to drive or get a cab. We had great food in the area based on former rental recommendations. 5 star

Cozy cottage

Everything about our stay was wonderful. This is a beautiful cottage with a lovely owner and we are so thankful for our experience here. We will absolutely check here first when looking to stay in the area again.

Pleasant stay in a pleasant cottage!

The cottage we stayed in was pleasant and clean. The neighborhood was charming, quiet, and safe. We enjoyed being close to Shelby Park. Downtown Nashville was a short drive from the property. There are so many things to do jn the surrounding area if you want to explore.

Nashville gem

Amazing property! We enjoyed East Nashville very much. Convenient to downtown Nashville and ordering an Uber was the way to go. Enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee drinking and Shelby park was a short walk away.

Lovely cottage in East Nashville. Quiet and charming.

Clean, charming, quaint. Everything you (and one other person) could possibly need for a comfortable weekend. Very quiet and private. All in all a very nice place for a getaway in Nashville.

East Nashville

This property is an amazing neighborhood. Walking distance to so many good eateries. Spend one day on Nashville then move away from the city to enjoy Mother Nature. So much to do.
