Regarding the check-in miscommunication, I'm glad we were able to resolve it quickly. I apologize for any discomfort caused by the power outage; sometimes unforeseen events can impact our services. I'm especially sorry for the delay with the pool heater. While Florida typically enjoys warmer winters, this year was unusually cool, and I regret that it took longer than usual to have the heater repaired and the pool warmed up to a comfortable temperature. I'm also very sorry to hear about the thermostat issues. As soon as you brought this to my attention, I came right away to assist, but I apologize for any further inconvenience caused by its preset settings. Finally, I want to assure you that we're looking into the Murphy bed issue to ensure it is addressed promptly.
