Close to everything

Easy to find, parking was close. Good place to sleep except no air conditioning so having to leave window open at night you will hear all the local commotion and traffic.

We loved this property right in the heart of town. Walked across the street to get coffee, restaurants and evening drinks. Easy access to get on the high country trails, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Benson Lodge. Everything was as stated! Loved the views from upstairs! The beds were very comfortable! Lots of Hot Water! Common area was nice to visit with family!

Silverton fun

The location was perfect and we enjoyed our time. Beds were super comfy. The futon "couch" needs a new cover as it is ripped. It would be helpful if laminated card was in a prominent location with internet info and other pertinent info. It was in bedroom on a shelf. Owner was super responsive.

Silverton 9/7-9/8

Initially when I booked through vrbo the app only counted one of my two dogs I messaged the property owner through vrbo and they responded right away letting me know what I needed to do to bring both dogs (pay the pet fee for both). They let us check in an hour early at no charge because the room was ready early. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The communication from the owners was outstanding. I definitely recommend the Benson Lodge to anyone looking to be comfortable and enjoy silverton/ouray.
