Charming 4 Bedroom Home One Block to Ocean

Sisters House represents five generations of our family's connection to Cannon Beach. We are located at the quiet south end of Cannon Beach. There are fewer crowds and the beach is clean and peaceful. We see Haystack Rock from the beach and can walk there in 12 minutes. Puffins nest on the rock during the summer. We are easy walking distance to restaurants such as Mo's, Warren House Pub, Sea Level Coffee and Bakery, and Cannon Beach's new gourmet grocery store, Fresh Foods. Cannon Beach center is a 5 minute drive. There is also a shuttle one block away that runs very frequently into town.

The house is warm and comfortable with four bedrooms, two baths, a large open kitchen and dining room connected to a charming living room with soft leather couches. There are two porches; one is a second floor deck with ocean views and the other is a front porch on the first floor off the kitchen.

Three of the bedrooms are on the second floor. The large main bedroom has a king sized bed, two closets, a large picture window with an ocean view, a comfortable chair for reading or looking at the ocean and a door out to the second floor deck and a Frame TV with streaming services. The second bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and also has a door out to the second floor deck. The third upstairs bedroom looks over the forest at the back of the house and has both a double and twin bed; a perfect spot for kids. The fourth bedroom and second bath are on the first floor, also looking to the forest at the back of the house, and has a double sized bed.

Our second floor deck has an umbrella, chairs and a table and is perfect for sunning, for having appetizers at sunset or just sitting and enjoying the view; the seagulls will even join you if you leave crab shells on the railings. The porch on first floor has a small settee, chairs and a low table…a delightful way to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

The open kitchen is the heart of our house and is fully stocked with everything you'll need to make anything from pasta to waffles. We have lots of dishes, silverware, knives, coffee mugs, and wine glasses so you can entertain the whole gang if you wish. There is a coffee maker, a microwave, and new stove-top and an oven. New washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen for convenience and there is a mud room/back entrance for hanging jackets and cleaning off sandy, wet feet. We have a large dining table that will seat 8+ and is perfect for games and puzzles (we have tons located in the mudroom.) and for lively dinners.

The living room is the perfect place to curl up for a movie, a book, a good conversation or a nap. There are two leather couches and a large leather chair with an ottoman, lots of books, DVDs and a TV with ad-free streaming subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ESPN and Amazon Prime. The house has reliable, high speed Wi-Fi throughout.
