This place is much nicer than the pictures. The house is very clean and is very well equipped. It was so nice we didn’t want to leave. The location is excellent and easy walk to town. We liked it so much we already booked it again. Shannon does a great job in communicating to you and any questions you might have. Their is absolutely nothing we would change.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to downtown Cannon Beach and to beach access.Communication with the host is excellent, they were quick to respond to questions and concerns during our stay.The interior is well laid out, with seats and spaces for everyone to find a place for them. I quite enjoyed the writing space in the front and the cozy family space on the bottom floor.Hands down our favorite house rental experience.

We had an amazing stay here - by far one of our favorite rentals. The house and property were beautifully decorated and maintained. The home was so clean! It felt like we were the first to stay there, given how clean everything was. The home was so comfortable and they did a wonderful job of providing a bunch of little things that make a house feel more like a home than a rental. Beds were comfy, there were extra fans/heaters, blankets, suitcase stands, just a bunch of thoughtful things like that. A few days before check-in, we got an email with a home guide which provided us with check-in info and lots of little details about the home/amenities, like what toiletries were provided, kitchen items (which they went above and beyond on with items like a dutch oven, glass tupperware, and ziploc bags), etc that helped us pack. Shannon was so responsive. We went with our toddler, and the house was very accommodating for her. There was a Pack ' n Play, lots of kids' books, and a scooter and plenty of balls in the backyard for her to play with. We loved sitting on the leather couch and watching the elk walk right in front of the house every morning around 8 am or so. We also loved the location - close enough to town to easily walk with our 2.5 year old in a stroller but in a quieter area. There was a bit of road noise in the front rooms from the road in front (none from the 101) but it didn't bother us at all and we're fairly sensitive to that. Overall a lovely stay!
