Oceanhouse-1 block to the beach-Cannon Beach Property Management

The Oceanhouse is a multi-level property ideal for a large family or group. With plenty of room to spread out, this home invites both open-flow gathering and ample private spaces.


The downstairs entry level features two entries - the front and side deck, with a partial ocean view, steps up into the front door, while another door alongside the driveway conveniently enters into the laundry / pet area. Both entries flow into a cozy den with a hide-a-bed, television, and DVD player. The main, front entry hallway opens into three bedrooms, and a full private bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms provide King sized beds, while the the third has two Twin beds. The laundry area with full washer and dryer completes this level.


The second level features the main living space with beautiful hardwood floors and partial ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and great-room. Open and spacious, the great-room teases relaxation with an alluring side window-seat poised for viewing the ocean or curling up with a good book. The entertainment area with inviting over-stuffed furniture and gas fireplace are just the place to kick back after a day at the beach or visiting shops and galleries in town. Or, multiple chefs will enjoy whipping up a memorable dinner in the grand kitchen around a colossal island. A small powder room off the hall is also on this level.


Also featured on this level is the luxurious, private master suite with a King sized bed, its own gas fireplace and seating area, TV in the chifforobe for bedside viewing, and a private bathroom and shower. Just the quiet, tucked away chamber needed after a full day of beach-combing.


Accommodates 10 maximum; pets welcome / 2 maximum; no smoking; parking for 4 cars.

3 night minimum stay, except during the summer months.
7 night minimum stay for the summer months.

Deck Furniture and BBQ's are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Please be aware that the property behind Ocean House is private property, and not accessible for guest use. Please use the front and side yard for all activities.
Tennis courts next to the property are private and not for guest use, public courts are located downtown.

Family celebration

This location and space was perfect for our family! We have been to Cannon Beach many times and usually stay closer to downtown- but we loved it out at the south end! It was so quiet and peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

We definitely hope to visit again.

Such a lovely home, so very clean. We had a wonderful time with our extended family. Enough room for all the kids. The master has a single pullout that was perfect for our young son. Pictures are very accurate to the accommodations. Looking forward to staying again.

Great Location!

Perfect location - just a few houses away from the beach and close to downtown but just far enough away to avoid the crowd and cluster. So much cleaner and quieter in this area. The beaches are the same - cleaner and quieter! The house is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable - not run down. Will be staying here again!

Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with more than enough cooking gear and dinnerware, and the living room area had all the room we needed for evening games and movies. The parking had plenty of room for our SUV and the neighborhood was calm and quiet. Great grocery spot 10 minute walk from the house! One note, to get to the beach, you do have to go down/up a series of rock steps. Not bad, but be aware if you have strollers, folks with mobility needs.

We had a great time hanging out at the beach during the day and spending time in the evenings cooking dinner and playing board games in the evenings. The house was in good condition with lots of room for all of us.The only downfall was the dryer didn’t work. The property management was courteous and responsive when we reached out at check in and checkout time.We would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a great beach house getaway.
