We would love to have you return to Tin Horse Retreat and look forward to hosting you again when you are in Brian Head. Thank you for the review.
It was a great experience, the place was amazing and the check in was a breeze. We did get stuck trying to work the garage door opener because the button was covered in a sticker but that was the only hiccup. Otherwise it was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We really enjoyed our stay both now and last year when we stayed here. We especially love the quality of the bed, appliances and especially the heated bathroom floors. The sunset view is amazing. The garage is perfect and the free (tips appreciated!) shuttle to the slopes is 500-600 ft away. Other condos have the shuttle at the door but we choose this one because of the above.
Celebrated a birthday with our partner. Everyone loved the condo. Garage had a bit of a 'slasher' vibe. Great location. Had all the amenities. Give kudos to the house keepers for keeping it dustless and spotless. The only issue was the lighting in the hot tub room. We couldn't find the switch to turn on the lights. We still used the hot tub, but for safety concerns, there should be some signage, or have them fixed. We tried all of the switches on the walls.
Loved the condo, beautiful kitchen and decor. We loved being able to cook breakfast and dinner. Love the under ground parking and safety of the building. Host/property management was very flexible with extending our stay. Only problem as snowboarders is the advertised hot tub we wanted after a long day. We didn’t find out that it is out of order until we got it check in instructions, and we heard from other property owners it won’t be fixed any time soon. Would recommend noting that or letting people know before booking because that is one required amenity we look for when snowboarding.
Very nice unit, clean and comfortable with great attention to detail, down to every glass having the "Tin Horse" logo on it. My only complaints are: 1. The remote control for the fireplace did not work properly, and we spent over an hour trying to turn off the fireplace while we sweated profusely and 2. The communal staircase from the parking garage is filthy--but that's not on the Tin Horse. Location is great. I highlly recommend this unit.
