THE HOME IS SO CLOSE (1 1/2 blks) TO INCREDIBLE CASTLE PLAYGROUND IN NEARBY CITY PARK, PICKEL BALL COURTS, BASKETBALL COURTS, SKATE PARK AND LEAGUE OF OUR OWN' BASEBALL FIELD.
