This home is immaculately clean, with everything brand new and well stocked with good quality amenities. It is a great place to watch birds, deer, wild turkeys, and for star gazing and enjoying the quiet that is so rare these days. The outdoor hot tub is great for relaxing in at the end of the day.
We had a wonderful four nights at this property. It was so clean and in great condition. They had everything needed. It is rural and quiet. Our adventures we mostly to the yard to watch turkeys and deer, to the pool to beat the heat, and to the hot tub to star gaze! We used the grill for most cooking. We did adventure off the property to drive around to see some canyons, towns, parks. I accidentally locked us out of house, hosts returned call and graciously got us back in quickly. We did not bring kids, but talked about what a great place for keeping kids entertained while parents actually get a little vacation. Pool, games, outside toys, obstacle course, play jail, and hidden gnomes and rocks for kids to find. It was just the two of us, but property has RV spot, another room to rent, along with the lodge. Would be a nice place for friends or family to meet up. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet.
We stayed here for a wedding in the area. The beds were comfy, had everything we needed. Shampoo/cond/body wash in showers. Wood stove was nice. Saw deer. Look forward to coming back in the summer for the pool and more outdoor activities. The host was responsive and kind. We loved our stay here
We had an absolutely amazing stay! This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—you have to experience it in person to appreciate how beautiful and thoughtfully designed it is.The outdoor space is what truly makes this place unforgettable. There is something for everyone, and the entertainment feels endless. We loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub, practicing on the putting green, cooking in the outdoor kitchen under the beautiful string lights, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There are hiking trails nearby, making it easy to get outside and explore. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is a dream. The little jailhouse play area was a huge hit, especially with all the dress-up clothes that sparked hours of imaginative play. Between the swing, open spaces, and countless outdoor activities, the kids were entertained from morning until night.Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a fun, relaxing experience for guests of all ages. We made so many wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this property—you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you so much for the wonderfull review. We have worked very hard to provide a place for family and friends to get away and make memories. It is always nice to hear how much our guests enjoy their stay.
An absolute gem! Even better than the photos. We had an unforgettable week at this incredible home in Goldendale! Like many other guests have mentioned, the photos truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were positively surprised—you can feel the love and care put into every single detail. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and wonderful living spaces. If you have kids, this place is total paradise. Our children were entertained all week long. They absolutely loved the custom-built sheriff’s playhouse (complete with dress-up clothes), the giant handmade wooden Yahtzee game, the playground, and the fun 3-hole putting green to practice golf. And, of course, the pool was fantastic! The natural surroundings are breathtaking. Every morning and evening, we were treated to deer strolling peacefully through the yard and wild turkeys wandering by. The views of Mt. Hood are stunning, and the night sky is unreal—which you can even watch while soaking in the hot tub.We would love to come back in a heartbeat and can’t recommend this home highly enough to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
