Stay in a newly renovated modern Townhouse over 1,344 sq ft! This two story townhouse is an enjoyable stay in the Woodstock neighborhood with many restaurants, grocery stores and parks. Or stay home and cook some dinner in our fully stocked cooks kitchen with wolf stove, enjoy a glass of wine in our lovely fenced backyard, or dim the lights, and curl up on the couch to relax.

Queen bed in the upstairs bedroom with bathroom next door. Desk and chair workstation in dining area. Downstairs has two bedrooms with queen beds. Glass sliding door giving access to backyard deck, grass & fully fenced yard. Bathrooms have tile floors and shower with bathtubs and new vanity and linen closet. Washer and dryer is in the garage. Parking in garage for mid size car and parking for single mid size car in driveway. Ample street parking.

This townhouse is a duplex with one adjoining wall, you may hear the neighbors. The overall neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
