Newly renovated beach cottage located in the desirable Easton's Point section of Middletown and only steps away from putting your toes in the sand. Restaurants and beaches are within walking distance!

The front cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and newly renovated throughout! All new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, new tiled floors, redone wood floors, all new bathroom, freshly painted throughout, and new furniture. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Easton's beach from this units screened in porch.

Each bedroom in the cottage is equipped with AC units.

Cottage has WIFI service along with basic cable TV and a DVD palyer.

Cottage has its own stone patio with gas grill and patio furniture for dining outside along with 4 adirondack chairs.

Cottage comes with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler for refreshments, a couple of boogie boards and some sand toys for the little ones.

Checkin and Checkout day is Saturday's for weekly rentals during July and August.
