It sits right on the Riverwalk & is in the heart of Downtown. You will be within walking distance of experiencing the culture, cuisine, shopping & entertainment. So much to do, so feel free to extend your stay & take it all in!

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

Place was absolutely adorable! Close to everything in town and had a good view of the river walk. There was a parking garage close by that the valets honked the horns constantly so I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Well stocked and felt very safe getting and out.

Very cute charming apt. Close to anything you could possibly need. View was great, but the best thing about this place I think was the bed. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

My husband and I were traveling for pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked for us. Beautiful old building. Owner was quick to respond to questions. This apartment is super cute and clean! Love the view! It’s in a great location. We found free street parking close by. People can be a bit noisy on the patio but I put my earbuds in and it was fine. The host is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.

Beautiful view, great restaurant just downstairs

Beautiful view. Great patio area, building residents are really friendly. Short walk on the Riverwalk to La Villita and the Rivercenter (Downtown Shopping Mall) area. However, the resturant on street level of the building, La Mexicana is some of the best and most authentic food... get the Barbacoa tacos and a can of Big Red, its also open for breakfast.

Beautifully decorated, lovely place to stay. The property was very clean. I only have two complaints. One , the noise on the street with racing cars and loud talking individuals was very loud when we tried to sleep at 11 PM. Two , we were left with one chocolate and three decaf coffee pods (no regular) so we were unable to enjoy coffee before we headed out in the morning. A little upsetting as I really enjoy my coffee. Overall, I would rate an 8. Very quaint place to stay!

We’d like to clarify that the car racing mentioned was a situational occurrence and not something that normally happens in our area as there are pedestrians that are walking all over and it would be dangerous if this was allowed by the city officials. In addition, this unit is not on ground level so there is no way to hear people talking. We always strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay for our guests. Additionally, we were never informed during your visit that you needed extra supplies. We would have been more than happy to provide anything you needed had we been made aware. It’s disappointing to see this mentioned in a review rather than communicated directly, as we take guest comfort seriously and always aim to make things right when given the opportunity.
