Home is completely redone. Paint is fresh, flooring and cabinets are new...Only 3 miles from the historic downtown of Frankenmuth. 1484 square feet of beautiful living space. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, beautiful new EVERYTHING. 3 miles from Meijer and restaurants galore. Natural fireplace, amazing private and fenced yard with pets considered. Brand new furniture, dishwasher...everything you need to have your dream vacation. You will love this space! We do charge an additional $50 per guest per night for guests exceeding 4. This allows us to keep the nightly rent reasonable for couples and small families. Also, there is a $59 charge for property insurance or this cost can be avoided by providing $1500 in refundable insurance. About a week prior to your arrival we will send a basic short-term rental agreement and upon return we will provide property access information.

Family Stay

My husband is originally from Birch Run, and was helping work a baseball camp in the area. Our family stayed at the home and found the location so convenient. We were able to quickly get around to see friends and family. The kids loved how big the space was (and so did we) they loved being able to run around and explore! We would definitely book again!!

Great Location and proximity to Frankenmuth.

We decided to rent a furnished house so we could cook on Christmas Eve and day to bring our family together since my mom went to assisted living. Everything was great and the house was well appointed and we needed very little. House was very clean.

Great place to stay near Frankenmuth

This was a great place for my wife and I, and our two dogs, to stay near Frankenmuth. Nice size house and the fenced in yard was very convenient for the dogs.
