The Space:

As you step through the door, the warm living area welcomes you, seamlessly flowing into the bedroom space with its plush queen-size bed. This thoughtful layout promises restful nights and invigorating mornings, ensuring you're always ready for the day's adventures.



Adjacent to this inviting space is the well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary whims. Whether it's a quick breakfast to kickstart your day on the slopes or a leisurely dinner to wind down, every meal becomes a delightful affair here.



On the opposite side, you'll find a meticulously designed bathroom, boasting a tile shower that offers a refreshing respite after a day of mountain exploits. Complementing this is a generous closet storage space, ensuring all your belongings find a neat spot and making extended stays a breeze.

**The Hillside Haven is on the ground floor and does not require stairs to access. There is a Steam Room, Sauna and Hot Tub just steps from the front door!

Guest Access:

During your stay you have the entire Hillside Haven to cozy up in! Please make yourself comfortable!



The Neighborhood:

The Hillside Haven is a close and peaceful fifteen-minute walk to the base of the ski mountain where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The free shuttle is always a convenient method of transportation around the town. Steamboat has endless year-round activities!



Getting Around:

There is parking for 1 vehicle with a parking permit. No trailers per the HOA. The Green Line comes every 20 minutes and is only a 9 minute walk from the property; This shuttle is free and will get you pretty much everywhere in Steamboat! Uber is rare, but available as well.



Other Things to Note:

There is parking for one vehicle in the lot; parking permit is needed and will be left in the space for you, walking distance to slopes, no stairs to condo.



The amenities are controlled by the community HOA and we do not have control over any closures, cleaning days, or any other reasons for them to not be open for guests. If these are very important to you for your stay, kindly reach out to our team to ensure they are going to be open during your visit.



Distance to the Ski Resort: 3 minutes, .9 miles



Distance to the free bus stop: 6 minutes walking, .2 miles



Distance to Downtown: 8 minutes, 3.2 miles



Distance to Hot Springs: 25 minutes, 10.5 miles



**The HOA is maintaining the stained decks and exterior of the building starting August 5th; The project is expected to go for 2 weeks weather permitting.
