A simply elegant space, with beautiful natural light. Lots of vintage charm. Great kitchen!! Plenty of empty surfaces to utilize as needed. Plenty of seating options for family. Sunday-Wednesday was very quiet. Great proximity to Avondale (our favorite). Very responsive hosts. Lovely grounds. Restful space.
We loved the property and the proximity to good eating/ shopping. A historic property that has been adequately updated. Proximity to EverBank stadium was a positive as well. Highly recommend!
This is a very beautiful apartment in the perfect location. The place is spacious and well decorated, and the hosts are helpful and responsive. There is a lot of street noise, but to be expected for the area. Would come back in a heartbeat!
