Rental was a described. On the small side, but clean and very tastefully furnished. Close to local attractions and restaurants. Host was very welcoming and ensured all was well during our stay. There was a little traffic noise but there are sound machines in the bedrooms. Would consider this property again for a future stay.

Close to Extraco Event Center

Great stay, great communication with host, property clean and well cared for, we were in town for a horse show at Extraco, nice to be just a few miles away. Would stay again when we return to Waco.

Great house just off the beaten path

This was a great little house for our weekend getaway. It’s not far from the action of downtown, and has a great space to spread out. Big back yard, parking in the front, cute interior, and great lock system for entering the premises. Owners did a great job of communicating up until our trip and during. Highly recommend a stay here

Convenient! All attractions were ten miles or less from the property. The host did a wonderful job restoring the home. The open floor plan adds to the space. It is perfect for two people. The sofa is a bit firm, making it difficult to curl up with a good book are watch in movie comfortably. If you have children, the back yard is large. There is plenty of room for kids to play. It is located on a corner next to the highway. Communication with the host was excellent and timely.

We were traveling to Waco to visit our son & wanted a place to stay that was more like home than a hotel. This rental gave us exactly what we needed for our stay. We had the private house to visit and have our meals. Thank you for providing us with a nice stay.

Great communication! We loved the house. It was just as pictured - kitchen was stocked with all the cooking utensils/pans needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful and very cozy! Nice back yard area. The bathrooms were well stocked - not like a generic hotel bathroom- but with that good TP! Ha All over great house and host. I would definitely recommend.

Short stay.

The house is an older house that has been fixed up real nice in a very old neighborhood with some very sketchy neighbors.. it is the nicest house in the neighborhood. There was music coming from one of the neighbors houses almost every night that was quite bothersome. Other than that. It was a nice place to stay.

Needs at least another mirror. Needs ice maker. Too noisy, even though you said it was noisy, not at all acceptable. Not a great location, disappointing.

Suzy, a couple of things. We do not have ice maker checked on our amenity list and we mention a busy street and having white noise machines by the bed. I think it's unfair to give us a 3 star review on things that were already disclosed when you booked the property. Upon arrival you received a message as do all of our guest. "Hello Suzy. Hope you guys found everything to your liking upon arrival. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are usually available 24/7." To any future guest reading this, you can read our reviews and know we respond promptly to request. Suzy, if you would have let us know the first night you were there you needed ice and an extra mirror, we would have brought it to you ASAP. Customer satisfaction is very important to our team and we could have made your stay better if given the opportunity.

Really great house, super cute and remodeled. Bed are more on the firm side but we enjoyed them. We had a touch trouble with the washer leaving our clothes smelly and the dryer not drying our clothes. Also the shower struggled draining but we unclogged it. The neighborhood was really noisy over the weekend being a corner lot. Overall though I would stay here again. We were in town for a horse show and it served its purpose for us!
