We have 4 bedrooms between 2 levels, with 2.5 full bathrooms, making the home ideal for a larger family, 2-4 family groups, and retreats. We're allowed up to 10 guests (plus up to 5 additional children under 13 years old).

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.
There is plenty of counter space and barstool / island seating for 4, in addition to seating for 6 at the dining table.

BEDROOMS:
The home sleeps up to 15 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.
Bedroom 1 (upper level): The primary suite includes a Queen bed, smart 55" HDTV
Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed, 50" smart HDTV
Bedroom 3 (Lower level): 2 queen bunk sets / 4 queen beds total, 43" smart HDTV
Bedroom 4 (lower level): twin-over-full bunk bed, and a futon sleeper sofa, 65"smart HDTV

BATHROOMS:
We have 2 full and one half bathrooms

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* We're allowed up to 10 guests (plus up to 5 additional children under 13 years old)
* 4 cars MAX - 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordinance.
* Exterior lights must be turned off at night when not using them.
* Trash must go in the bear box (or in garage if full) to keep animals from it.
* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.
* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
