Claret & Blue River Retreat is a new luxury mountain home in the picturesque Summit Sky Ranch community in Silverthorne, Colorado. This designer retreat features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.



The main floor offers a king-size primary suite, a stylish living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, two private balconies, and a laundry area. In the front yard guests can enjoy time at the private firepit.



On the lower level, you`ll find a cozy second living area, a second primary suite with a full-over-king bunk bed, and a guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjacent bathroom.

We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered!

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.



Aspen House visitation hours are currently:

Monday-Friday 10am-7pm

Saturday 9am-2pm

Sunday 3pm-8pm

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
