Our large Master Suite boasts a King Bed and 5 piece attached ensuite bathroom. It also has a desk and work area, as well as a TV.
Our relaxing home is perfect for families or friend groups up to 9 people. Located near the base of Peak 8 and minutes from downtown Breckenridge, Paradise Peaks is the ultimate home base for all your mountain adventures!
An open living and dining area on the main level is a gathering area full of natural light. The dining table seats 6 with four more at the bar. There is an oversized pullout couch and large TV in the living area, plus a console with games and books.
Our Bunkroom features a custom wood Twin over Queen bed. Perfect for kids or extra adults! The Jack and Jill Bathroom is attached to the Bunkroom.
After a day of fun and adventure, there's nothing quite like unwinding in a private hot tub. Our home's private hot tub is the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of exploring all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Discounted Remaining Summer! Hot Tub+Shuttle+Bunks

Located near the base of Peak 8 and minutes from downtown Breckenridge, Paradise Peaks is the perfect home and location for an unforgettable mountain vacation! We are two blocks from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, where you will have convenient year-round access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We also have a private hot tub where everyone can relax after a day enjoying one of the many outdoor activities nearby.

Our three-bedroom and three full-bathroom townhome offers plenty of room for families or groups of up to 9 people. The upper level is bright, open, and airy with lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for comfy night or relaxed morning conversations. Just a few steps down, the family room awaits with a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace for cozy warmth, and a comfortable sofa for watching movies or playing one of the board games we supply.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cooking tools to make mouthwatering mountain meals. There's a large dining table that can seat six people with three more spots at the counter.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS PLEASE READ:
- We accept small non-shedding dogs on a case-by-case basis and charge a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Approval is required before booking - please reach out to us with your pup's breed and size.
- A $400 refundable damage deposit will be held on a credit card 2 days before check in.
The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.
- We will request a renter agreement between the guest and owner of the property. Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or old and stay at the property.
- Absolutely no parties at this home. Quiet time is observed between 10 pm and 6 am.
- We do not have air conditioning. Our Home includes ceiling fans and portable floor fans.

Fun House

We really enjoyed our 4th of July stay!! The house had a stocked kitchen, comfy beds ( love a king size!) , great share of balls/camping chairs for guests, hot tub was awesome, loved the split floor plan living rooms- great for teen families! We walked to town and loved all the hikes around the area!

Wonderful location in Breckenridge!

We went to Breckenridge for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and this home was perfect to house my adult children and pups. Check in & out was smooth and easy. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!! Great getaway that is close to Peak 8 for summer activities!

We had a very nice time, this was our first time in Breck, and we really like the location, near everything but also in a quiet are, very close to shuttle and Peak 8 withing walking distance. We had excellent communication with manager. Our family had a great time and we would love to come back.

Spring skiing

We had a lovely stay at Park Forest Estates. The house is lovely and had lots of extra touches that made us have a very comfortable stay. We contacted the agents during our stay and they were very responsive which was lovely. Highly recommended.

This was a great retreat for a group of friends. There was a short was to the bus and the home had a great set-up. The huttub was relaxing and private. The owners were very responsive to any requests. We stayed with a group of friends, but would definitely rebook with family.

Beautiful Breck home in great location!

We loved our stay in Breckenridge! The home was perfect. It was very clean. Plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The property manager was so kind and checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay. The house is centrally located between the ski mountain and town. It was a very easy walk to the free bus stop or quick drive either direction. I would highly recommend this house in Breckenridge!!

Space a plenty

We needed a spot in Breck for some relaxing and bike riding. My husband and I are out of town, but wanted my 2 besties and Maggie the dog, to join us. This is a great property with lots of space for them to work in quiet between fun stuff. Its clean, quiet and well appointed.

December getaway

I choose places to stay based on the overall "feel," openness, cleanliness of the property and this home fits that description! Immediately we loved how they had a Christmas tree and well appointed other holiday decoration throughout the home. New snowshoes were a plus! Very nice and quiet neighborhood with other beautiful homes and the hottub was an added bonus. We will be back!
