There are 2 heat pumps in my home. There is one condenser outside, so both interior splits must be set to the same function: heat or cool, not auto.
Always turn the dryer timer/sensor clockwise. Thanks! There is a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker and a small grinderavailable.
Dogs are restricted on the beach during 9 - 5 during the summer months, May 25th to Sept. 15th. Leashed dogs are allowed outside of those hours.

This is a quiet residential area. Summer rentals by the week only. Saturday to Saturday. Off season minimum of 3 nights and longer term rentals available.
