Sunny cozy Sea Cottage with direct view of ocean and Fortunes Rocks beach. The beach is a stone`s throw away and makes this cottage a perfect get away or a nice addition for a family gathering to the adjacent classic Maine 5 bedroom Beach House
Sea Cottage boasts a recently renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, well stocked with dishwasher, bathroom with laundry, living area with unobstructed beach views and 2 bedrooms. The slightly larger bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk room has a twin on top with double on the bottom with storage drawers, for extra comfort. New LTV plank flooring and freshly painted cottage extends a very crisp summer feel.
Fun filled days on the 2 mile stretch of beach - surfing, finding shells or kayaking who could want for more? Watch the crashing waves sitting on the Adirondack director`s chairs plus picnic table and grill just outside the front door. Spectacular ocean views in front or sunset over the adjacent pond!
