With its prime location just a short walk from the beach and across the street from Quarry Park, you can enjoy the great outdoors to your heart's content. Plus, you'll have the added bonus of two cruiser bikes available for your use during your stay.
Additionally, please note that there are stairs down to access the unit. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. CLOSEST BEACH: The closest beach to the house is called Surfer's Beach, which is located just 0.4 miles away. It's a popular destination for surfers due to the consistent waves. It's a relatively small beach, but it provides breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby cliffs. While the water can be a bit chilly, the waves are perfect for surfing. In case you don't have any surfing equipment, there are several surf shops nearby where you can rent equipment or take lessons. Overall, Surfer's Beach is a great spot for anyone looking to catch some waves or just enjoy a beautiful day by the ocean.

Overall, Pillar Point Harbor is a beautiful and lively destination that is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

I'm a proud California native and my husband has spent most of his life on the stunning Coastside. We're raising our family in El Granada and it's been an incredible experience. We love to surf, mountain bike, and travel together, but there's something truly special about being involved in this tight-knit community.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I chose to live in El Granada for many reasons. For starters, the natural beauty of the area is simply breathtaking. The stunning coastline, rolling hills, and vibrant wildlife make it a truly unique and special place to call home. Additionally, the community here is incredibly welcoming and supportive. We've made lifelong friends and love participating in local events and activities. Finally, the access to outdoor activities like surfing, mountain biking, and hiking was a massive factor in our decision. We feel fortunate to live in such a wonderful place.
What makes this property unique
Our property is truly one-of-a-kind because of its unique location and community-driven features. Firstly, it's walking distance to the beach, which means that residents can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf whenever they want. Additionally, it's also within walking distance to the Breakwater BBQ, a popular local restaurant that serves up delicious food and drinks.
But what really sets our property apart is the fact that we built a community pump track as a project during the pandemic. This means that locals can enjoy a fun and challenging bike track right in our own backyard. The project brought our community together during a difficult time and has created a unique feature that sets our property apart from others in the area.
