Beautiful house, everything you might need to be comfortable. Near the state park (we went white water rafting there with NEOC), near restaurants, safe, quiet street. Loved this place!
The house was clean and as described. The property manager was great. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us everything we needed to know around the house. I would recommend this rental and we would stay here again.

Simple but nicely appointed property. Spacious master bedroom. Convenient to downtown. Owner was professional and friendly.
All of our expectations were exceeded, staying here was the cherry on top of our groups Millinocket Marathon experience. Accommodations were well thought out and the house was well set up. Comfortable living room with pellet stove was a great place to hangout and warm up after the race. Location is on the marathon route, we were able to leave our drinks and jackets on the porch, making our own aid station. It was also just a short walk to the bar, restaurant, and Appalachian Trail Café.
Manager was friendly with good communication. Showed us all we needed to know and pointed out the easiest ways for us to take care of our errands.
10 stars for the house, and for Millinocket as a whole.
We had a good experience. The house was clean and the property manager was nice and walked through the house with us. The only issue was that the boiler was not working properly. It was a struggle to get the house up to 64 degrees at night when the outside temperatures were in the single digits. We contacted the property manager and they came over timely and checked the boiler and all seemed to be working but was still a struggle to reach 64 degrees.
We came up for the eclipse extended weekend and were pleasantly pleased with how friendly and thoughtful our host was. She took the time to show us around and made sure we had everything we wanted. The house was very clean and as advertised (actually it was better than pics!). We arrived Saturday evening and the host was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. They left us 2 pair of eclipse glasses, bottle of wine and plenty of kitchen/bathroom amenities. The pellet stove was simply fantastic! Since I was not familiar with a pellet stove, she explained how to use it (very simple). I would definitely come back again! And to top it off the price was not inflated AT ALL during our stay. Sincere thanks to our hosts!
