House was perfect for us! We planned a family side x side trip. There was room for our trucks with trailers and a garage to park our side x sides in. House was clean and close to everything we wanted to do.
The house was very clean. Having the garage was perfect. We liked sitting on the porch at night. The fire pit was wonderful. The communication with owners was exceptional.
Beautiful home! We are planning another trip next year and we hope and pray that this home is available. We highly recommend this home if you are visiting Gilbert anytime soon!
Myself and friends love to ride the Hatfield and Outlaw trails in the area and this a great location to access all Trails and town is close by when you need fuel or food. This is our 4th time staying here and definitely look forward to our next stay and riding adventure.
This is a very comfortable home, nicely stocked home and close to trails. Communication with owner was great. I would recommend getting a guide for the trails, it was well worth it.
Nice house very close to trails and town. Everything you need is within a short ride. House was clean an had everything we needed. Would recommend trying this place out.
The home was very nice both inside and outside. We had 5 guys and everyone felt there was enough room for end of day relaxing and sleeping. The covered patio and separate fire pit area were a big plus. H at
Stayed at the house to be able to enjoy going to the Hatfield and McCoy trails. Stayed 4 days. House had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Will recommend to others looking for a place to stay in the area.
Every year a group of us take a trip to ride various trails. This year we stayed here and couldn't have been happier. The house was well appointed, clean, and had easy access to everything. The property owner was incredibly responsive and great to work with. Would definitely recommend.
Very Nice. Myself and friend’s previously stayed here and very close to Hatfield Trails and Outlaw trails. The garage is nice to store your UTV’s in at night for a peace of mind. The owner provides firewood for a relaxing evening around the pit after a long day on the trails. We will stay here again when we’re ready for our next riding adventure.
