About this property

Our home is located in front of the Devil Anse, Hatfield and McCoy trail 59. Across from The Devils Backbone Resort. Direct access to the Devil Anse, Buffalo, and the Rockhouse Trail systems. Our home is very spacious and comfortable. We have all the comforts of home, central air, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living room with Cable network and Wi-Fi, , we provide all the bed and bath linens, Washer and dryer, charcoal grill, and outside chairs for setting around the fire. We can accommodate 1-15 guest. The house offers 5 large bedrooms, each sleep 3 guest. There is ample parking that will support several trailers. We are a few short miles to the town of Matewan, the heart of the Hatfield and McCoy feud. The Battle of Matewan, Battle of Blair Mountain, and UMWA/ Mine wars. Food, gas, and carwash is within 2.5 miles.
If you are staying to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails or traveling to visit the beautiful town of Matewan. We offer a nice, clean home to return to after a day of sight seeing and riding.
Check in time is anytime after 2:00 PM (it may be possible to check in sooner)
Check out time is 10 AM
We have a few house rules to make everyone's stay enjoyable,
No Smoking inside
No Pets
No Parties or Loud Events
No riding bikes in the yard
Please respect the neighbors
Return outside chairs to the porch at the end of your stay
No bikes in the yard
No riding shoes on the carpet
Strip used sheets and put them by the laundry room, along with the towels and wash cloths
Place all trash in the outside bins
Wash all used dish's and put them away
Turn A/C to 74 and Heat to 68 before departing
Lock all doors and windows

Great House with plenty of room

This house is clean and has plenty of room for all our group of ATV riders. We have enjoyed staying there.

Large group trip

We are 12 people staying at the house very roomy .we had a bon fire every night ! Very close to alot of trails. Food and fuel was about 10 minutes ish from house. We had alot of fun !
