The condo property sits in a lovely location. The unit does not face the ocean, but a quick walk past the pool is a gate to the beach. The unit was clean, and spacious with plenty of beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray provided. We loved sitting on our private deck for morning coffee! The third bedroom/bathroom is a separate entrance and not air conditioned. This bedroom remains bright all night from the condo stairwell lights and the neighborhood dogs were very vocal 2/3 of the nights, making sleeping challenging. We wished we had brought earplugs and eye masks. This may not be an issue for everyone. The kitchen items were not as clean as we like, so we did wash many items before using. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer after our day of fishing. Communication with the property rental company was great throughout our interactions.

Fantastic condo. We loved it. Great location at a quiet beach. We had the beach to ourselves one day.Close to Playa Coco where we ate in great restaurants. Highly recommend this condo.

Our wonderful stay in Playa Hermosa

We had a lovely time in Costa Rica and couldn't ask for better accommodations. The condo was beautiful and well-appointed, and it was near enough to the ocean to hear the waves crashing on the beach. There are restaurants nearby, and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook your own meals if you prefer. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach condo

Beautiful, modern condo right off the beach. Well equipped with beach towels and a few chairs for the beach. Several restaurants and a small grocery within easy walking distance. Rooms and beds very comfortable but multiple people taking showers at same time leads to no hot water.

Sweet spot on a beautiful beach

A very clean and comfortable condo on a wonderful beach. Very nice pool. The beach really was fun for swimming and body-boarding! Walking around the neighbourhood can be a bit challenging (hills, fording the outlets on the beach). Several nice restaurants in area. Management is eager to help.

Fantastic winter getaway

Our group was 3 couples and this property was a perfect fit for us. Location was so convenient to LIR, shopping in Playa Coco, grocery stores and mini-marts.The management team was incredibly responsive to every request or question no matter how small. They helped us with 2 excursions, Fishing and River Cruise, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen area was a huge plus.We felt very safe and we would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a Costa Rica trip.

Beautiful

This property location was absolutely perfect. Morning walks on the beach or splendid. Sitting on her balcony has a jungle environment with all of the palm trees. They could not have asked for a more beautiful home to spend our family vacation in. Also, location is very close to several restaurants.

Great set up!

Property was great! People were super to work with. Beautiful pool area and wonderful access to the beach. Unfortunately we were without water for 2 days due to a pump breaking. Zindis brought us drinking water and we made it work. We lost WiFi the last two days which meant turning on phones which was an added expense.

Two issues. The place was clean but The unit had a sewer smell that came and went. And the third bedroom is not connected with the unit. It’s right next to it via a gated patio. I did not see that in the description. But great location and pool and beach were perfect.

Great Time in Guanacaste

This property was spacious and very nicely kept. It was as described, except on of the bedrooms it’s outside the main home, attached and still secure by the gate. The view is NOT of the beach as the pictures list. You have to take a short walk towards the pool and you’ve got beach access. You have everything you need but it does not cool as much as you have to keep the thermostat at 73 to not freeze the pipes. Cell signal is not great in this area so you have to purchase an international plan if you’ll need access to your phone. There was wifi, however it did not work the entire time we were there until the LAST day of our stay. Make sure you check the house as you check in, we found a few broken items after they left and had to report. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to stay, secure gate and access to everything you’d need. Would recommend.

Awesome condo in Hermosa.

From the moment we arrived it was a dream. Walking distance to everything in Hermosa, property manager was very responsive (had a new coffee maker to us within 10 minutes of sending an email!), nice condo community, great pool, and right on the beach. We will visit again!

This place was exactly what we needed. Very nice kitchen, spacious balcony and all the amenities you need. The beach chairs and towels were a nice touch! We stayed in February, which can be quite warm (34C) so the air conditioning was a nice thing to have if the heat got to be too much on the beach. Grethel, who helped us check in, was wonderful and very responsive to our questions about the local area as well as booking a shuttle for our early flight back home. It was probably the most relaxing vacation we've had! We'll be back for sure!
