**Home owner is following enhanced cleaning and disinfecting guidelines** This home has partial beach & bay views. It has a well equipped spacious kitchen and a dining table for eight. The living area has a large 60 “HDTV. The master suite has a king size bed, a 60 HDTV with full bathroom. The guest bedroom has Bunk Beds 4 twin beds and a full bathroom. Guests in Unit #1 and Unit #2 typically take turns using the pool while the other family goes to the beach. Rent both homes -get 10% discount!

Casa Aventura Unit #1 is a unique and stylish building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. With its 1600 sq. ft. 2-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. The home is located on the north end of the island and is only a short walk the the popular Beach Bars: Wanna Wanna & Clayton`s, (hosting live music on Fridays and Saturdays). The summer fire work display from can be viewed from the pool area every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Comfortable and roomy. Convenient location. Pool was nice but it was a bit awkward to coordinate pool time with neighbors-who were all very nice. Would be great for large families. Had a good time.

Enjoyed staying at Casa Aventura. The property was clean, comfortable and well furnished. We did have some issues but they were handled promptly by Lulu and Patricia. We would recommend this location.

Wondering 4 day weekend.

The house was exactly as advertised and it was so close to everything. Me and my two grown boys were there to do some deep sea fishing. The house was such a comfort to come back to. I highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful stay in SPI

The property was nice and clean. The only two disappointments were that the couch/recliner in the master bedroom did not recline like it was supposed to; and on one day of our stay there was some work being done by someone which required the water to be turned off from 8:30-3:00 pm. Not sure if it was the city or property managers.

Nice property - with some flaws

Great main floor lay out (though there’s no disposal) but the master bedroom water pressure in the shower was abysmal, and the exhaust fan needs to be replaced yesterday. Likewise, the master bedroom mattress. And one speed on the master bedroom ceiling fan (fast)? Not good.

Thanks for your feedback. The low water pressure was due to a Repair issue at other location by citu water works. The exhaust fan was repaired. New King bed was installed in April. Ceiling fan remote was lost / possible removed by a previous guest. SORRY 😞

November in sunny Padre

Nice property, convenient for our group to be separate while together - having rented both units. The pool is chilly as it does not get ANY SUN. Late check-in was problematic as code was changed from original - email was sent while flying and I did not think to re-check email as I had already been given a code. Also, the property was dark and we had to use phone lights to see. Very clean, nice furniture. Could have used a dishcloth and some cascade to run dishwasher.

Girls Trip

The house is perfect for a group of friends trying to get away for a weekend in SPI. Spacious, relaxing and walking distance to the beach. I would rent this again.

Great Property & Location!

This house was wonderful for our anniversary celebration! We were very close to our favorite beach bar, Wanna Wanna and several beach accesses. The house was very nice and accommodated 4 adults perfectly. There is more room for additional people to sleep in other areas of the house. The half bath on the main floor was a life saver! We love to grill and it was a wonderful surprise to have a gas and charcoal grill! The pool is very well kept as well. The Island Market store was very close which was also a plus.
