If your looking for an authentic upstate home that has a ton of charm on a quiet country road with gorgeous views this is the vacation you've been looking for. There is plenty to do in the area such as hiking, skiing, fishing, lake swimming, and much more. If hanging at the home is your intention and just enjoying the area and scenery then on the property is a charcoal bbq for grilling on the back patio that over looks Mount Utsayantha. We also have a cozy indoor fire place in the great room. Outside on the property is a huge outdoor fireplace that is a amazing place to enjoy nature and cozy up to a fire any season of the year. There is a professionally built tree house at the back of the property equipped with bunk beds which is a big attraction for guests that have children that love to explore and spend time outdoors and then retreat to there own space. Inside the home the master sweet has its own bathroom and private patio. The house is fully equipped with anything a guest would need to cook up a feast. We also provide a coffee station with K cups and a drip pot coffee maker. For those who like to get away but may still have to do some work the home has high speed internet and cable television.

Nice fireplace and clean linens. Place was clean all around. We had fun playing board games and looking out the large window in the living room. They also had movies so fun for the whole fam. Sal is also very nice.

Sal was very accommodating for a last minute trip with friends for New Years and was helpful in helping us be ready before we got to the house. The house was very clean and could have everything you need and is close to town, hiking spots, and skiing. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful and easy to find location. Central to our list of things to see and do. Adorable home which accommodated our family of 6 easily. Cooperstown stay

Son played in Cooperstown dreams park and we stayed here. Exactly 50 minutes through small country roads. The views to and from our destination were very peaceful. The stay was just as the pictures and cozy with a lot of room. Breakfast in the morning with coffee was very relaxing looking out the large windows. Very happy with the house

This house met our needs very well. Our group of eight had great sleeping accommodations. Our four-year-old grandson loved the bunk bed.The furniture in the great room was very comfortable and the kitchen has a nice dining table and everything we needed.We weren't sure about the August Home Bluetooth lock, but it worked like a charm. We especially loved the outdoor fireplace. Our family has expected a simple fire pit, but the brick fireplace with chimney was ideal for a nice fire under the stars. The house is very close to the charming town of Stamford, which has everything you need (grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shop, and wine store). Our family reunion was in Jefferson, just about 15 minutes away. I certainly would recommend this home for a nice stay in the country.
