Thank you, Kristin! We’re so glad you enjoyed everything overall. Mattress comfort can be very personal, and this is the first time it has been mentioned in over five years of hosting. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will certainly look into providing mattress toppers for guests who prefer a softer bed. 😊

Loren, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a good time with your family. We do wish we had been made aware of these concerns during your stay so we could have had the opportunity to address them right away. We reviewed our communication and did confirm in advance when our team would be arriving to treat the exterior areas for the snow/ice, and you confirmed that timing worked for you. Winter weather can be challenging, but we take snow and ice management seriously and make every effort to address storms appropriately and keep the property as safe and accessible as possible. We also appreciate the note about the frying pan and pillows, and we will review those items with the homeowner and our team. Thank you again for staying with us.
