Kid and Raising Cane's River Center, 18 minutes from Louisiana State University, 8 minutes from Zachary's Youth Park, Baton Rouge Zoo and 25 minutes from the Mall Of Louisiana. There's parks, golfing, and soccer fields near by.

This new modern custom home is uniquely styled with a grand entrance with 16ft ceilings. It has all new modern furniture and appliances. It's equipped with a hot tub, massage chair and a oversized bathroom with jacuzzi tub, fireplace, tv, separate large shower, with 2 vanity vessel sinks. This home has on open kitchen plan with a bar area. This property is equipped with a large 8ft fenced in yard with a furnished patio, 2 hammocks, 2 fire pits, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and a pizza oven perfect for entertaining.
