The BTR2198 Island Paradise is a 3 bedroom 3 bath Intracoastal waterfront home overlooking a sandy island. Relax in unique, custom designed pool and fish off the dock. The Gulf's legendary white sand beaches are two blocks away and accessible with a 6 person golf cart. The living room is equipped with queen murphy bed and pull-out sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, max 12. Guests use golf cart, pool, dock and water toys at their own risk.

Fun package included!!!!! 6 seat golf cart, paddle board, sea kayaks, collapsible beach sand pull cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. All items used at your own risk.


Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale.
Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just minutes from your vacation home.

This place was perfect for our spring break vacation! Our daughter practically lived in the heated pool, and our son lived on the dock fishing. The location is fantastic, and any questions I had were immediately answered. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. We all agreed that this is a place we will definitely stay again when in the area!

This was a fantastic rental for our Easter getaway. The house is beautiful, the description is spot-on, and the layout worked really well for us. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor spaces and the easy water access. Having the heated pool and golf cart available also made the stay even more enjoyable. The owner was very communicative and responsive to any questions. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Perfect Vacation!

Our family had an amazing week! The pool and dock were perfect for us. Our grandchildren caught lots of fish from the dock. The boys kayaked to the island for sunrise and fishing every morning. The house and area are beautiful! Thank you Zoie for an awesome, stress free week!

Beautiful

This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie.
