Our coastal condo with bay view is waiting for you!
The condo is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a sofa bed in the living room. We provide linens, blankets, and pillows for each of the beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom for guests to enjoy. The balcony offers some of the most beautiful views one can enjoy! Grab a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. BBQ grills are located on the property along with a picnic area. Pets are allowed on a owner approval basis with a pet fee charged. Pack your bags and come enjoy all Rockport has to offer!

Perfect winter get away with great view

We loved our stay. It was well eqipped for the meals we ate in. The location was very near downtown and to restaurants we wanted to visit. We had one problem come up and it was handled very quickly.
