Great stay at Pinetree 318

We were very pleased with our stay here. Very clean! Plenty of blankets, great kitchen needs - pots, pans, and other. The shuttle doesn’t pass here anymore - but it was simple to drive and park for free and jump on the shuttle to the lifts.

Dead bugs in all the windowsills, sink plug didn’t work, sinks were knee high to a grasshopper, rooms got cold at night, sulphur stink. Close to the slopes though!

We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location close to the slopes. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. As these concerns were not reported to us at the time, we did not have the opportunity to address them, but we would have been more than happy to assist if we had known. Regarding the sulfur smell, this can occasionally occur in Angel Fire due to older water lines and infrequent use of hot water heaters. Please rest assured that the water is safe to use. Typically, running the hot water for about 10–15 minutes (with doors closed and the exhaust fan on) helps clear the odor. That said, this is not the standard we aim to provide. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
