This studio is part of a divided single-family home with a fenced yard, hammock, fire pit, and slack line. Experience a private atmosphere with minimal noise. The main unit has a washer/dryer that can be leveraged with some coordination, and there are two laundromats within a 4-minute drive.

Pet-Friendly but Allergy-Conscious:
Four-legged friends are welcome with a pet fee. Another dog is on the property, and arrangements can be made for separation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.

Super cute Studio!

This studio was perfect for me, had everything I needed inside, along with privacy in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Location is great, about 15 min drive from downtown and close to some very nice parks and nature preserves. Very affordable as well. Will definitely stay again my next trip to Austin.
