Pros: Beautiful home located in a quieter section of the gorgeous beach! Lots of great amenities including an elevator for those with mobility challenges. Short walk to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants.Cons: Cleaners were there for 3.5 hours after checkin until 8:30pm. One bed frame was broken. Several TVs didn’t work and remotes were missing. The host did send someone the next day to replace the bed frame and they were also able to fix some of the TVs. We were mostly outside enjoying the beach so we made due with the unresolved tv issues. Communicating with the host was frustrating and the communication issues lingered throughout and after our stay. Despite the issues and added stress of dealing with them, our family still enjoyed the home and beautiful beach location!

Beautiful Oceanside Location

Spectacular Sunset right from the pool and balconies. This home is literally right on the beach. Our family of 10 spend 6 nights over New Years and the large TVs were perfect for watching the football games. Having an elevator was important for one of us with mobility issues. Owner Ron could not have been more helpful and was always available by phone if we needed anything. Great place to stay on Ft. Myers Beach.

Fabulous Vacation for Family!

We were so impressed with everything about this property. The house is beautiful, views incredible! Could not be closer to the beach! Publix just walking distance along with Junkanoo. We ended up renting Golf Carts to get around and it worked out perfectly! One of our favorite times was dinner at the house on the 2nd level patio/deck! We really hope to come back next year!

Amazing Beach Property-Family Friendly

We loved our stay this past week! We have stayed in a few properties over the years and this one is our favorite so far! There are three bedrooms that are all on the second floor that face the beach with sliders so you can listen to the waves. Tons of outdoor living space! We had 10 family members and there was plenty of room! The beach is directly in front of the property which makes it for easy access in and out for snacks and a break. The outdoor area was awesome. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub in the pool.

Perfect Family Getaway

This home is amazing! It was the perfect house for my husband and 5 children. We were there in February so the beach was very quiet. We could sit by the pool or on one of the decks while the kids went back and forth to the beach and to play in the sand. We found many beautiful shells and sand dollars on our sunrise walks along the beach. It felt like we had our own private oasis with the palm trees surrounding the pool area. Publix is a very short walk away which is very convenient. We hope to go back again next year.

Beach Front Heaven

This house is beautiful, elegant, family friendly and comfortable. First of all, it is extremely well built, fits 10 comfortably and is private and quiet. The house is well appointed with all the towels, high quality kitchen gadgets, lighting, outdoor seating, etc, that you could possibly need. The location is what makes this house a gem! The house could not possibly get any closer to the beach. There are beautiful palms trees where you can enjoy shade but still be sitting on the beach. The hot tub and pool are refreshing and clean. The large living area sliding glass doors open all the way to a large outdoor seating/dining area with more incredible views. The views from the rooftop are almost 360 of the island and breath taking. Every level of the house has a perfect view of the sunset! It is a short walk to the Publix and 2 mile walk to Margaritaville. The host was responsive when we had questions. This house has been redone beautify after Ian. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back!
