The host- Ian was absolutely fantastic! He answered and solved everything that we needed! The property was amazing for our family to relax and enjoy the perfect start to the New Year! We’ll definitely be back in the near future!

We stayed at Ian’s for a week and Ian’s house was perfect for our group. We had two families with young and older kids. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store is close and everything was very convenient. The house is stocked with everything you need to make meals. The beds are comfy, the a/c is great. Lots of beach and pool toys plus wagons to haul the kids/toys back and forth. The floor plan is open allowing everyone to have space and still be together. We played card games on the big dining table, relaxed on the back patio at all times of day, grilled out, did the beach, the pool and went up north on the island to the shops and dining. Ian was very helpful and responsive. He had excellent suggestions for entertainment and dining. Many wonderful memories were made.

Perfect setup and as shown!

We rented both units for a vacation with extended family, the setup was great providing plenty of open space to gather along with private bathrooms and bedrooms. The pictures shown are accurate and both levels are beautiful with comfortable furniture and bedding. The beach is a short walk and we used the wagon on-site (beach chairs and toys) to pull our stuff down. There is also some metered parking at the beach, if needed. The bedding was comfortable, everything was clean and well appointed. Ian was very accommodating and easy to rent from. I would recommend to anyone considering staying in this area.
